Beautiful, spacious pool home in the perfect location to explore Fort Lauderdale! Only 1.5 miles to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and Coral RidgeMall (Publix, Target, Movies, etc)! Spacious layout is perfectfor large families or groups. Lounge by your private pool and cook dinner in your beautiful kitchen, or hit the beach and one of the area's fabulous restaurants! Either way, this gorgeous home is your perfect place to call your "Home Away From Home"! Upon your entrance, you will be greeted by a fantastic view of the pool with the formal dining room in the forefront, a beautiful setting for a dinner at home. An open living room concept combines the kitchen, living room, breakfast area, and sitting room into one for a fantastic spot for everyone to gather and still have plenty of space. There are 4 bedrooms in the house including two master suites eachwith a on-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one of which has two double size beds, share a hallway bath. The private backyard and pool area of this home is absolutely stunning, and again, providing a lot of space to lounge and enjoy the Florida sun! There is a large covered area featuring an outdoor sectional couch and outdoor dining table. There are also chaise lounges for catching some rays and another covered area on the opposite end of the pool. There is also an outdoor cooking area featuring a barbecue grill and wine cooler! The pool area is completely fenced in and very private with Florida tropical landscaping to provide an awesome atmosphere.

We had a great stay! the place is perfect for a family, quiet, clean, great spaces and amazing pool! The host was very responsive as well. Will come back again!

Clean spacious house with a large heated pool and outdoor living area. Walking distance to shopping and very short drive to the beach. My family would be happy to rent this property again in the future!

I cannot overemphasize how wonderful our stay was at Philip’s home in Oakland. The house was just as pictured, spacious, clean, comfortable. The backyard and pool area were heaven. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature, and the covered patio was great for our less sun-inclined family. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure strong, and all the amenities made it very homey. Plus, location was key- I would recommend a rental car, but so close to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, etc. The house is two streets off a main strip with many conveniences, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!
