Our mission
Our mission at Fort Lauderdale Stays is quite simple. We strive to provide a professional and positive experience to our vacationers and the owners that we represent. We achieve this by fitting the “right” vacation rental with the “right” vacationer in the “right" neighborhood and community. Our properties are chosen very carefully to keep you, the vacationer, in mind at all times.
We strive to provide clean, quality and comfortable accommodations with personalized service in a positive work environment. We know from experience that our formula will make your vacation destination a true home away from home.
We have been in the vacation rental industry since 2008 concentrating on Ocean front condo rentals in Hollywood and Ft Lauderdale areas of South Florida and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. From the beginning of 2020 we changed our investment strategy more towards single family homes as we saw the demand and change of travelers priorities due to pandemic situation. We work directly with investors,Landlords and travelers. If you are an investor we will guide you throughout the whole process from finding the right property to getting it finance using most comparative rates and landers. Once we enquire the right property will manage the renovation if needed using our reliable contractors and our team of interior designers will have the place setup for Vacation rental at reasonable cost. All investors will have an opportunity to visit our latest projects sites before making any decisions. For existing landlords we offer a full service management service for very comparative management fees. We go above and beyond to keep the property in top notch condition for our guests to have an unforgettable experience and maximize the return of the investment for the owners.
