Yes, the pools are cleaned one time per week and you do not need to be home during this service.

Yes, we supply pool/beach towels for your use, as well as travel beach chairs.

Yes, all of our pools are heated to 85 degrees.

Yes, our staff is available and close by to you should you need us during your stay for issues.

We sure will! Our fully licensed real estate agent will help you to find an amazing place that matches your budget and will be able to provide you a steady return on investment throughout the year. In the meantime, our professional property management team will make sure that your property is well maintained and taken care of.

Our typical minimum stay is 5-7 nights, depending on the property. However, a minimum stay at certain vacation rentals is affected by the HOA rules and requirements. Each property has a disclosed minimum stay in the description.

Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 7 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

Absolutely! We are constantly looking for new vacation rentals. Please, send us your property address and information at [email protected]. Our vacation rental specialists will evaluate the prospective rental and get back to you with estimated rates and details.

Our pet policy varies from rental to rental. Each property is privately owned, hence this is an entirely homeowner’s decision. For this reason, please disclose the size and bread of your pet in your booking inquiry.

Before your Check-in

Our homes are all on a keyless entry system, so it is a self-check-in. Should you require us to meet you, please let us know in advance.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should you wish for an earlier or late check-out we would not be able to approve until 48 hours prior as it mostly depends on our housekeeping schedule and the new guest arriving or past guest departing times.

If early check-out or late check-out is approved, a $25.00 per hour charge does apply.
